DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM THAT I CAN LOOK AT THE CARPORTS?
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
All in stock items get dispatched in 2 business days. ETA: VIC 2-4 days, NSW 4-8 Days, QLD 6-10 days, WA 6 - 10 days, SA 4-8 days, ACT 4-6 days.
All custom orders prepration timeframe is 8 - 12 weeks. Rest assured 98% of our customers receive their product within the given time frame.
DO YOU PROVIDE INSTALLATION SERVICE AS WELL?
Carportsandoutdoors.com.au provides DIY kits for the customers. All our kits comes with all required bits & pieces to complete the installation but not tools, like drill, screwdriver, ladder etc. No, we do not provide installation service.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE COMPLETE KIT?
A complete kit means everything is included – posts, post's base, beams, roof frame, roof sheets, gutters, downpipes and screws, a complete list of parts and step by step instruction manual to assist with the installation.
DO I NEED A PLANNING AND/OR BUILDING PERMIT?
Please contact your local council to confirm if a Planning or Building Permit is required.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT POLICY?
We always try to solve any issues with our products, missing items or damaged items will be replaced. To claim any damage or missing item, please take photo of the box before opening. Please email us the photos & details of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will respond back to you within 2 business days.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Most of our products can be purchased online with Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal or Afterpay. For custom order, you can email us your request & we can start the order with 50% deposit & rest 50% once the custom order is ready for the shipping.
