Important Custom Order Guidelines:

L Shape or cantilever carport or Pergola: The maximum width/depth 3.0 meters wide, more than that need posts on both sides, then it will be called as M Shape Carport or Pergola.

Patio Covers: The maximum width/Depth allowed for a patio cover is 3.7 meters. From the wall to the outside of the fron post.

Aluminium Frame Awning: The maximum width/depth is 1.5 meters. Aluminium Frame Awning wider than 1.5 meters can be prepared as a Patio with posts instead of beams.

Aluminium Frame Awning Kits Information

This page will provide you comprehensive information about our standard & custom size Aluminium Frame Awning DIY Kits.

A PDF instruction guide & a video link will be provided for a smooth installation experience.

The length of the Aluminium Frame Awning can be extended by connecting two or more sets together.

All our kits are made of aluminium frame with 2.0mm solid polycarbonate sheets.
Standard kits come in 1.5m depth and length can be extended. Our kits include roof frame, sheets, gutter, drain pipe, elbows, beams, bolts and screws. Back frame can be attached to the wall or fascia, by securing to timber or steel frame behind the fascia.

Plain or Transparent Sheet:

  • Completely transparent, like glass. You can see through it clearly.
  • Very high light transmission, allows maximum natural light.
  • No privacy. Anything behind it is fully visible.

Frosted Sheet:

  • Has a matte, satin-like finish. It diffuses light and obscures vision—similar to frosted bathroom glass.
  • Slightly lower light transmission, but still provides bright diffused light without harsh glare
