Posts Installation

Cantilever or L Shape Carports and Pergola as name suggested have posts on only one side of the structure.

These can be installed in two ways:

On Concrete Installation:

Secure the steel base to the concrete slab using the supplied dynabolts. Trim the post to your required height (maximum 250 cm). Ensure the concrete slab is at least 150 mm thick.

or

Buried in the ground installation:

Prepare a hole of the appropriate size. Set the long steel base into the hole and fill it with concrete. Allow a minimum of 24 hours for the concrete to fully cure before installing the post and frame.

  • Up to 250cm post: Dig a 70 × 70 × 80 cm hole.
  • Up to 300cm post: Dig a 80 × 80 × 90 cm hole.
