Shipping Cost:
Our standard shipping rates apply to locations within a 100 km radius of major Australian metropolitan cities, including Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Perth, and Hobart.

Free Delivery Promotion:

Our free delivery promotion covers standard shipping charges only. If your delivery address falls outside the standard coverage area, such as in regional or remote locations, partial shipping fees may apply.

Additional Charges for Regional Areas:
In cases where additional shipping costs are required for deliveries beyond the standard coverage, we will notify you of the applicable difference. These charges must be paid prior to dispatch to ensure timely processing and delivery of your order.

Order Cancellation Due to Shipping Cost
If you choose to cancel your order due to additional shipping charges, a cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from your refund to cover payment gateway and bank/card processing fees.

Return/Refund Policy

1.1 In case of damaged or faulty products Carports & Outdoors will present you with all available solutions that are guaranteed to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

1.2 All items must be inspected within 7 days of receipt of goods. Carports & Outdoors must be notified of any issues in writing, including damages, defects, incorrect products or missing parts, within this timeframe. In the absence of the required photos, we will be unable to provide a resolution. 1.3 Change of Mind returns: We regret to inform you that we do not accept change of mind returns. We encourage you to take your time and conduct thorough research prior to placing an order.

1.4  Order Cancellation Policy

• Within 24 Hours of Order Placement:
  Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing an order will incur a 3.5% fee to cover transaction costs associated with bank, card, or payment platform processing. This fee will be deducted from the total amount before the refund is issued.
• After 24 Hours and Before Dispatch:
  Cancellations requested after 24 hours and prior to dispatch will incur a 7.5% fee of the total order value to cover administrative and processing costs. This fee will also be deducted from the total amount before the refund is issued.
• After Dispatch:
  Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. We kindly ask that you take your time to review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
